Simply follow the below procedures:

Prepare your Certificate Of Insurance and supporting documents
Submit your Claim online here. Complete and submit it together with the supporting documents online. 
Our team will assess the documents and be in touch with you if additional information is required. 

- Airline ticket / Boarding Pass

- Travelling schedule

- Claim Form <submit here>

- Original medical receipts and medical reports

- Carrier’s letter stating reason and period of disruption

- Hotel receipts or travel deposit receipts

- Obtain the proof of Loss from the carrier
- Baggage Return Acknowledgement slip
- Purchase or repair receipts
- Warranty card and photos of damaged items
